You may not use any photo, likeness, video, or voice of My AI Role representatives or content to create, train, or replicate materials through AI or automated tools. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including intellectual property infringement or misrepresentation claims.

5. Educational & Coaching Disclaimer

All materials, coaching, and content provided through My AI Role are for general educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, employment, or financial advice. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, experience, and current market conditions.

Testimonials, success stories, and case studies featured on MyAIrole.com represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. We do not independently verify all testimonials.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to our Products or platforms if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. When possible, you will receive notice and a five (5) business-day opportunity to resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued upon termination of access.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

All disputes or claims shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may alternatively elect to pursue a claim in small-claims court in the same county. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted legal actions shall be brought exclusively in Riverside County, California.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website or Products after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
