MyAIRole was built by Jorg and Karene Huser, a husband-and-wife leadership team blending a combined 50+ years of deep technical expertise, operational excellence, and a shared commitment to human-centered transformation. Together, they’ve witnessed a pivotal truth: while AI is powerful, the real differentiator is how people understand it, work with it, and harness it to create meaningful value.

Jorg is an AI and cybersecurity strategist who has guided Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and high-growth innovators through some of the most complex transformations of the last two decades. With dual Master’s degrees from the University of Dortmund—one in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), where he received the IEEE Fuzzy Logic & AI Award early in his career, and one in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Development—Jorg brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and human-centered leadership.

Karene is the operational and cultural backbone of MyAIRole. For the past decade, she owned and operated a highly successful vacation rental business in Temecula Wine Country, a top-rated Southern California tourist destination. Her extraordinary eye to detail, level of care, and personalized hospitality delivered to thousands of guests has earned her over nine hundred 5-star guest stay reviews on Airbnb.
Prior to that, Karene’s early career comprised 15 years closely supporting C-Suite executives in private equity/venture capital, leadership and culture accountability training, healthcare, government affairs, corporate governance, and consumer brands (including the IPO of Big Dog Sportswear), contributing a rare combination of high standards in precision, empathy, and operational mastery.
